THEME: “United for Mental Health: Building Bridges for Safe and Supportive Communities”

The theme highlights the importance of collective action in promoting mental well-being. Mental health is not just an individual concern—it affects families, workplaces, and entire communities. By uniting diverse voices, including Pastors, Chaplains, Teachers, Healthcare Workers and Counsellors, it emphasizes collaboration, compassion, and shared responsibility in creating environments where people feel safe to seek help, share their experiences, and support one another.
This conference aims to train and educate these key individuals, so as to bridge the divide between mental health awareness and actionable support.
